Standards & compliance
Specified to the standard you are audited against.
Every consignment is checked against the order and its documentation verified before it leaves us. And when a requirement carries a standard, we source to it — not to whatever is closest to hand.
Checked against the order
Our highly experienced warehouse operators check every consignment against what was ordered — quantities, specification and condition — before it is packed.
Documentation verified
Paperwork is checked with the same care as the goods. Accurate documentation is what makes the shipping process stress-free at the other end.
Products to the right standard
PPE and site safety products are specified to the standards your clients audit you against — head, eye, foot and respiratory protection included.
The right product, not the nearest
If what you have asked for is not right for the application, we will say so and offer an alternative. Quality, price, availability, design and make or model — you decide which matters most.
Specification & sourcing
The standard is set before we buy.
Compliance on a project starts with what you specified, not what turned up. We work the specification out with you first, then source against it — so the audit is a formality, not a risk.
Specification agreed up front
We establish what the product has to meet — regulatory, client or site standard — before a single supplier is briefed.
Sourced against that standard
Our network is briefed against your specification rather than a price target, so a cheaper non-compliant option never quietly wins.
Risk assessed
We identify and evaluate the supply, quality and financial risks attached to a purchase, so you are making a knowledge-based decision.
Documented on arrival
Documentation is verified as part of the inspection step, so what the site receives matches what was ordered and what was promised.

Risk & liability
Risk assessed, not assumed.
Buying from an unfamiliar market carries supply, quality and financial risk that is not always obvious from a quotation. We identify and evaluate those risks as part of the brief, and tell you what we find — including when the answer is that a cheaper route is the riskier one.
Our terms set out who carries what, clearly, before you commit. It is better to be plain about it now than to dispute it later.
A standard or certification to meet?
If your requirement is governed by a regulatory, client or site standard, put it on the quote form. It changes which suppliers we approach and what documentation has to travel with the goods — far easier to build in at the start than to retrofit after delivery.
Questions about a specification?
Ask the procurement team. Five minutes on the phone now is worth far more than a consignment held at the other end.
